Jonathan D. Evans, DDS
Dr. Evans moved to Sierra Vista when he was 12 years old and attended the then new Apache Middle School.
He attended Buena High School, graduating in 1999. Dr. Evans served a two year mission for his church in Seattle after high school. He then attended Eastern Arizona College where he met his wife. They were married in 2004 and now have five children. After EAC, he transferred to Western New Mexico University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree. Following graduation he and his family made the long trek to Indianapolis where Dr. Evans attended Indiana University School of Dentistry. He graduated with his D.D.S. in 2012 and has worked at Sierra Vista Dental since that time.
Dr. Evans enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. When he isn’t with them or at the office, you’ll find him in the garage working on cars. Classic cars have always been his passion and he started restoring them during high school. His high school car was a 1964 Chevy II. When he and his wife first got married they had a 1957 Chevy Bel Air two door sedan. That car was later sold to buy a more family friendly, yet not as exciting, vehicle. He recently completed a 1964 Corvair Monza and is now restoring a 1962 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova 400 convertible.

Sonia Martinez, RDH
Sonia graduated with a bachelor of science in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University in 2011. She started as a dental assistant and some front desk. She has enjoyed being a hygienist and interacting with her patients, especially the ones she has gotten to know over the years. Her biggest goal is to give her patients the best care possible and be compassionate to their needs. Sonia is married and has two beautiful daughters and a cockapoo namged Honey Lemon. When not at work she enjoys being a mom and hanging out with family. She loves to watch sports and all things Disney!
Brooklyn Hubbell, RDH
Brooklyn graduated with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene from Pima Community College in 2018. She enjoys getting to know her patients while providing high quality care that’s always done with integrity. Brooklyn has been married for 10 years and has two amazing children. Her favorite things to do outside of work is spend time with her family. She also loves playing and coaching sports and has a passion for personal finance.
Ella Johnson, RDH
Ella was born and raised in a small town of Ilya, Belarus. Came to the United States on Work and Travel program in June 1999. Shortly after she met her husband. Her husband served in the US Army for 6 years and his last assignment was Ft. Huachuca ,AZ. They really liked it here and decided to make it their home. Both of their sons grew up here. In 2014 Ella decided to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene. She attended Cochise Community College to satisfy prerequisite course work for a year and a half. In 2016 she was accepted into Pima Community College Dental Hygiene Program. She drove every day two and half hours round trip to attend the classes and clinicals. The sacrifice was well worth it! She graduated in 2018 and worked for several local dental offices to include University of Arizona Oral Health Program until finally settling in Sierra Vista Dental where she has been working since the fall of 2019. Ella is very passionate about helping people achieve the best dental health they can possibly have.
Her areas of interest : serving at her local church, traveling, attending her sons’ sporting events, trying new flavors and cuisine, style and fashion.
Maria Herrera, RDH
Maria has been a resident of Sierra Vista since 1994. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2008 at Northern Arizona University. She started her dental journey working in a dental office in high school. She enjoys helping patients achieve the care they need by being compassionate on their needs. She stays current on any new literature to help in patient care. She also works at General Dental which is our sister office. Maria is happily married to her husband of 12 years, is a proud mother of her three children and an adorable husky. She has one boy and two girls. She enjoys spending time with her family and going on adventures. Her kids enjoy spending time camping at the Grand Canyon.
